Recruitment Team Leader  


Salary £30,000 – £33,000 per annum OTE £70K+

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 35 days holiday

Baltimore Consulting are continuing to expand our recruitment divisions and are now looking for a new leader to join our sales team.

In this role you will be a billing Team Leader within the business, be responsible for growing your own desk as well as leading as the SME and driver behind your sales Team. Reporting into the Senior Manager you will work closely with the SLT and the L&D Team to adopt a coaching approach to support consultant growth and ensure skills gaps are identified and overcome.

In this role you will focus on Head of Service to C-suite level placements on an interim and permanent basis in the division you join onto.

About you

You will be a successful billing consultant or may already be in a management or leadership position, where you have responsibility of mentoring or managing a small team of Recruitment Consultants.
