Baltimore Consulting are a Bristol city centre based recruitment company specialising niche and senior appointments specialist to the Public and Third Sector.  We’re looking to expand our sales team with 2 more recruitment consultants to join us!

Working 3 days in the office and 1-2 from home, we’ve got a great hybrid set up.  Every Friday you’ll finish at 12pm, if you’ve hit your activity needed for a successful week, you’ll get the whole day off.  As well as this we offer 30 days holiday, plus 5 extra days to take for your birthday, Christmas, and an extra day to do with whatever you need it for

Your role as a recruitment Consultant:

  • You will have at least 12 months previous recruitment experience (any sector considered)
  • One off the most important things we’re looking for is passion for the industrycommitmentenergyenthusiasm and be keen to learn
  • You will be responsible for sourcing clients, candidates, and jobs through a variety of resources, you’ll be familiar with Boolean searching and any experience of identifying contacts through LinkedIn recruiter would be advantageous
  • A large proportion of your role will involve building long term relationships on both the interim and permanent market, working with local authorities. These are massively buoyant sectors that requires a pro-active and sales focused individual to maximise its potential.
