We’re hiring for experienced recruitment consultants (12 months +) to join our central Bristol office.  3 days office based, 2 days work from home (and a nice 12pm finish on a Friday).  There’s also a chance every week to work just 4 days if you hit all your weekly outputs.

• Loves Business Development and developing client relationships.
• Identifies opportunities and follows them up with urgency.
• Uses Job boards, LinkedIn, and Adverts to attract and identify new candidates.
• Becomes an SME in their area (Education SEN/SEND, Adult social care or Childrens Social Care)
• Has balance in their day – gives equal amounts of time to their candidates and clients to provide a superb experience.
• Displays our values Honesty, Respect, Family and Passion
• Recruitment is a sales job, you need to be happy on the phone as well as face to face
