Basic £20K – 30K basic (depending on role offered) plus commission OTE £60K+

Flexible working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 35 days extended holiday

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to utilize your skills for a great cause? When you’re a recruitment consultant at Baltimore Consulting, the roles you will fill will ultimately help an individual, a family or a whole community.
We recruit into the public sector, working with senior leaders across Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Education, Housing, Property, Regen and the NHS. The roles we recruit to are senior and niche, these are specialist roles from manager to CEO level including project and programme managers. We recruit across the UK working with Heads of Service, Directors and CEO to assist with appointing interim professionals that make a difference to children and families lives.
 
About the role
 
In this role you would be responsible for all aspects of 360 Recruitment. Business development, sourcing candidates, building your market. We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with experience and confidence in their ability to bring on new business, market mapping, building on existing or previous relationships to elicit new business. You will have the autonomy to be your most creative self, running your own desk and sharing best practise.
