Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant
Basic £20K – 30K basic DOE. Plus sole commission (no minimum threshold or shared/spilt) OTE £60K+
Flexible working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH.  30 days holiday + 5 extra days

Due to continued growth and an excellent sales year in 2020/2021, Baltimore Consulting are looking for multiple experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our established and top performing Adult Social Care, NHS and Housing & Regeneration Divisions.
We are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants with 12-18 months + experience.  In return, we offer a tailored training and individual development plan to enable you to achieve your next promotion. We invest heavily in L&D and put out Consultants at the heart of what we do. 

What we do:

We are a senior and niche appointment specialist, operating from manager to director level posts, primarily on an interim basis. We work with over 80% of local authorities and have an excellent reputation on the market …we’re good at what we do!  Roles we recruit for tend to be statutory roles within local government, which puts the emphasis on quality when speaking with clients to qualify a job, its also about finding the right candidates, we’re quality over quantity. Most of all, the roles you hire for, will make a difference to individuals, families and whole communities

The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will have a proven track record of bringing on new business, winning new clients and delivering excellent customer service to ensure repeat business. You will have a passion for business development. Experience of building a desk would be great but not essential. We provide our consultants with the best tools, training and the autonomy to be able to run your desk effectively.

  • All 5 of the positions will be focussed on the contract/Interim market at Recruitment consultant /Senior Recruitment consultant level (20-30K)

Your skills and your new job as a Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore

  • You will be sales focussed and relationship led.
  • You will have a minimum of 12-18 months previous experience as a 360-recruitment consultant (any discipline considered), but any experience recruiting in the public sector a bonus!
  • You will naturally possess the gravitas and confidence to liaise comfortably with clients at a senior level.
  • Your business development skills will be second to none, in fact, it is one of your best skills.
  • You will know what gets you up in the morning and what drives you to achieve.
  • You will have superb day planning skills, ensuring a balance between candidate and client work.
  • Your job will be to network with local authorities in each geographical patch, building connections on both the candidate and client side, understanding their needs and delivering on requirements.
