Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant
Basic £20K – 30K basic (depending on role offered) plus commission OTE £60K+
Flexible working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH.  30 days holiday
The role:

Due to exponential growth and an extremely successful 2020/2021, Baltimore Consulting are looking for 2 experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to run a contract desk on our Housing, Property & Regeneration Team. Ideally (but not essential) we are looking for Recruitment Consultants that have market knowledge of working with local government, housing associations at a senior level. We currently have existing relationships with councils in social care and education that can be utilised to win new business within our Housing, Property & Regeneration Teams.

  • All 4 of the positions will be contract/Interim at Recruitment consultant /Senior Recruitment consultant level (20-30K)

Your skills and your new job as a Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore

  • You will be sales focussed and relationship led.
  • You will have a minimum of 18 months previous experience as a 360-recruitment consultant (any discipline considered), but any experience recruiting in the public sector a bonus!
  • You will naturally possess the gravitas and confidence to liaise comfortably with clients at a senior level.
  • Your business development skills will be second to none, in fact, it is one of your best skills.
  • You will know what gets you up in the morning and what drives you to achieve.
  • You will have superb day planning skills, ensuring a balance between candidate and client work.
  • Your job will be to network with local authorities in each geographical patch, building connections on both the candidate and client side, understanding their needs and delivering on requirements.
