“I love working for Baltimore, everyone is so supportive, from having 1-2-1 support from L&D as well as continual training sessions, and everyone has made such an effort to make me feel welcome.
There are so many amazing benefits from day one, but I really like the gym time – it’s great having the opportunity to make a class I wouldn’t normally be able to, plus the early Friday finishes really help you to switch off and enjoy your weekends!”
