Meet Baltimore Consulting, we are an award winning, Bristol based public sector niche senior appointments recruitment business. 

In the past 9 months we have grown by an additional 6 team members and are now hiring for three more Recruitment Consultants to join our team

Having established ourselves as leading niche suppliers, typically, our contracts range from middle management through to board level within Local Authorities, Trusts & Schools and housing associations nationwide.

Your role as a recruitment consultant at Baltimore Consulting:

  • It’s a 360 role so you’ll be sourcing and speaking with suitable candidates through networking, our CRM, Job boards and LinkedIn.
  • You will also identify, network, and communicate with clients via the phone and email to understand current and future needs.
  • You will ensure that your knowledge of the sector is up to date with any legislation or areas of need often driven by government initiatives and changes.
  • You’ll be in a team of four others, working in a given geographical area, you’ll become a market expert, so you’ll share your knowledge and work together, collaboration is key
  • Working with local authorities, Trusts, schools or housing associations, you will build lasting relationships with key decision makers at a senior level.
  • Your negotiation skills will be A1.
  • Your business Development skills will be a natural given for you.   You will enjoy having conversations and finding key information that will help aid your relationship and ultimate delivery of a successful placement.
  • We welcome any recruitment industry background, but a minimum of 12 months 360 Billing experience is
