Recruitment Consultant, Bristol, Basic £20K-30K basic (depending on role offered) plus commission OTE £50-60K+

 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday office based in Bristol, Thursday and Friday work from home

Our focus as a business public sector recruitment at niche senior appointments level within Education, Housing (property and regeneration), Social care (adults and children) and the NHS

Despite the ups and downs that COVID19 has brought, we have had a positive past 12 months. Not a single member of staff was furloughed, in fact we grew by an additional five new hires during the last lockdown. 

We are now looking to expand the team again.

  • 2 of the positions will be contract/Interim at Recruitment consultant level (20-30K)
  • 1 position will be at a Senior Recruitment Consultant level focussing on Permanent/retained recruitment (£30-40K)

Your skills and your new job as a Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore

  • You will be sales focussed and relationship led.
  • You will have a minimum of 18 months previous experience as a 360-recruitment consultant (any discipline considered), but any experience recruiting in the public sector a bonus!
  • You will naturally possess the gravitas and confidence to liaise comfortably with clients at a senior level.
  • Your business development skills will be second to none, in fact, it is one of your best skills.
  • You will know what gets you up in the morning and what drives you to achieve.
  • You will have superb day planning skills, ensuring a balance between candidate and client work.
  • Your job will be to network with local authorities in each geographical patch, building connections on both the candidate and client side, understanding their needs and delivering on requirements.
