Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant
Basic £20K – 30K basic (depending on role offered) plus commission OTE £60K+
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 35 days holiday
Your role as a Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant
Baltimore Consulting are looking to hire 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants for our Housing, Property and Regen Division.
In this role you will be responsible for all elements of building and the growth of your own desk. This includes market mapping, key client development, business development, candidate generation and focusing on building key relationships with senior clients and candidates. Our divisions mirror a local authority in regard to roles, services and locations covered by each Consultant.
We operate from Manager to CEO level roles with a focus in interim placements into local authorities. You will build strong relationships with CEO’s, Directors and Heads of Service to win new business. With just 12 billing consultants we currently work with over 80% of local authorities across England & Wales.
If you have previous experience recruiting within Housing & Property, Legal, Finance or HR and you have the drive and passion for business development and still love recruitment, this is the job for you!
