Reporting into senior leadership within safeguarding and improvement, you will be at the centre of strengthening practice, influencing culture, and ensuring services are always inspection-ready. Your role as a Quality Assurance Lead – Children’s Services:

  • Lead the development and embedding of a high-performing Quality Assurance Framework
  • Drive continuous improvement through purposeful QA activity and actionable learning
  • Collaborate across Children, Education and Families to elevate practice standards
  • Take operational lead on inspection preparedness aligned to DfE and OFSTED requirements
  • Influence service improvement through data, audits, and performance insight

Your experience as a Quality Assurance Lead – Children’s Services:

  • Proven track record of quality assurance and improvement within Children’s Services
  • Strong focus on education, inclusion, and safeguarding practice
  • Confident in leading audit programmes, reviews and service evaluations
  • Qualified Social Worker with valid registration
  • Experience operating within a local authority setting and inspection frameworks
