Are you a driven Quality Assurance Lead ready to step into a high-impact interim role where your expertise will directly shape service quality and inspection readiness? Reporting into a senior operational leader, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across Adult Social Care services. Your role as Quality Assurance Lead:

  • Lead quality assurance audits & service reviews, producing clear, actionable insight
    • Drive continuous improvement & governance systems, embedding consistent assurance processes
    • Oversee inspection readiness & CQC compliance, including PIR quality assurance
    • Monitor quality data, risks & action plans, ensuring timely delivery of improvements
    • Provide expert advice & challenge, supporting leaders to raise standards and outcomes

You will be a visible and credible Quality Assurance Lead, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability and learning—ensuring feedback from people and families drives meaningful improvements.
 
Your experience as Quality Assurance Lead:

  • Strong Adult Social Care sector expertise, specifically in quality, compliance and assurance
    • Proven track record of inspection readiness & regulatory engagement (CQC)
    • Experience delivering audit frameworks, governance and improvement planning
    • Ability to analyse complex data & identify risks, translating into improvement actions
    • Confident in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to drive change
