Your Role as Registered Manager (Adults Supported Living):

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a supported living service
  • Ensure high-quality care and full regulatory compliance
  • Inspire, manage and develop a high-performing care team
  • Drive service improvement and operational excellence
  • Play a key role in growth and development of the service

Your Experience as Registered Manager (Adults Supported Living):

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager (Adults Supported Living) or similar
  • Strong background in supported living / community care
  • Confident leadership with excellent organisational skills
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to service delivery
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable in a close-knit environment
