The role
 
We are looking for an entry level Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our Finance & Operations team focusing on compliance, recruitment administration and customer care.
No previous experience is required (although some previous experience in a role requiring attention to detail will be helpful), full training will be provided to you & tailored by our dedicated L&D team.
 
In this role you will provide administrative support to the business, specifically focusing on contractor compliance, contract generation and contractor payroll. In this position you will work both inward and outward facing, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.

Core focus
 
This is a critical and busy role within our non-sales team and has 3 core functions as follows:
 

  • Liaison with consultants and candidates to gather compliance documentation, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before start date.
  • Support our contractors through regular contractor care calls.
  • Supporting the team in raising new client and contractor contracts, and extensions as required.
  • Support processing of contractor payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting contractor welcome calls to explain how our payroll process works and what documents are required of them for compliance purposes.
  • Conducting contractor care calls to ensure service levels are optimised and upcoming issues avoided.
  • Chasing compliance documents and ensuring they are securely filed.
  • Raising client and contractor contracts/Terms of Business.
  • Setting up contractors and clients on our portal for timesheet submission and invoicing.
  • Assisting with managing the contracts inbox and handling any queries efficiently.
  • Liaison with Umbrella companies regarding payment to Baltimore contractors.
  • Assist with the processing of contractors’ weekly and monthly payroll to include timesheet and invoice chasing and dealing with queries.
  • Assist with the processing and sending all contract and permanent invoices.
  • Assisting the wider non sales team in the event of sickness, absence or critical business need.
  • Ensure company standards and values are communicated and adhered to.

Part of our interview process will be performing a short 20 minute test. CVs will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt, followed by a face to face interview if successful. Start date January 2021.
