Are you a Project Manager looking for a new challenge?
Baltimore is recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a Homecare project for an immediate start.
You would be responsible for overseeing a team to reconcile the current billings process, due to them experiencing some IT issues, this has had a knock-on effect impacting some provider services and your role will be rectified this and find a solution.
About the Project Manager role:

  • Management and oversight of multidisciplinary team of 4 FTE staff form various departments within the council including social care, IT & Finance + business support
  • Formulate and risk stratification to prioritise how the council approaches the reconciliation
  • Data cleansing and quality assurance of the spreadsheet including RIP clients
  • Review of current process (spreadsheet) using QA tools to ensure that this is a reliable format moving forwards
  • Use of data analysis to review payments and to uncover any of discrepancies such as underpayments etc that may have not been highlighted thus far
  • Deep dive on all data working with team and other departments to mitigate future risk
  • Clear communication’ internally and externally throughout the contract including weekly 4 slide briefing on a Friday with SMT to be raise with lead member

About you as a Project Manager:

  • Solid understanding of social care systems and commissioning services in relation to Home Care – knowledge of Mosiac, SAP & CM2000 would be preferred but not essential as will be supported by internal staff
  • Must have clear knowledge of Record Management of support package needs and outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder and colleague engagement with ability to work autonomously (high support offered)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (political acumen) to manage expectations both internally and externally with a range of colleagues (IT, finance, business support & Directors)
  • Social Care awareness and understanding of local government and the scope of the clientele you are working with
  • Strong analytical skills for risk stratification to assess who has been affected and in more need
  • Quality assurance experience to look back at the current process in place to review and recommend better pathways for future
