Project Manager – Family Hubs

Joining an established team, this newly created position of Project Manager will support with the development of the Family Hubs for an initial 12-months. As the Project Manager, you will be expected to support with the ambitious time-line of the accustomed project, and be very hands-on with the transformation and partnership discussions around the service integration piece.
This role is being offered 3-4 day basis and will be predominantly remote working. CV submission is by 12pm Wednesday 25th January 2023.
About your role as the Project Manager – Family Hubs:

  • You will work with the Children’s Commissioning team to ensure the project meets identified needs.
  • Supporting with the ambitious time-line the council has and be very hands-on.
  • Leading and directing the Family Hubs project.
  • Focus on the transformation and partnerships discussion around the model / service integration piece.
  • Lead on the roll out of the additional Family Hubs to broaden the existing portfolio.

Your required experience as the Project Manager – Family Hubs:

  • The project is a big piece of work, so the council will need someone that can come straight in and do the job proactively, to be very hands on, get stuck in.
  • Experience working as a project manager and supporting with Early Help and Family Hubs.
  • Able to work with senior stakeholders and partners to deliver change.
  • Have proven experience in delivering demonstrable positive impact of change initiatives.
  • Great knowledge and experience of Children’s Services but then the practical experience of being able to deliver.
