You will be reporting into a senior leadership team, influencing strategic decisions and steering multi‑disciplinary teams through challenge, complexity and change.
This role places you at the centre of a major transformation agenda. You will be responsible for driving a multi‑year programme of new builds, refurbishments and strategic improvements, balancing time, cost, quality and risk while keeping stakeholders aligned and confident. With large budgets under your control and multiple delivery partners relying on your leadership, you will play a critical role in turning ambition into reality.
