£400-450 per day (Via Umbrella)

we are seeking an experienced School Organisation & Place Planning Specialist to support mainstream and SEND provision. This role will involve working closely with the admissions team, property team, Headteachers, and other key stakeholders to assess school capacity and plan for future educational needs, particularly in light of housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on school organisation and place planning across mainstream and SEND.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Headteachers and property developers, to assess school capacity and future requirements.
• Analyse housing developments to determine the impact on school places.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support effective school place planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in school place planning, education strategy, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with local authorities and schools.
• Understanding of housing development impacts on education provision.
• Ability to work independently while liaising with various teams.
