Senior Public Health Practitioner – Smoking Cessation

£45 per hour – 20-26 hours per week

This forward-thinking local authority is looking for additional interim support to assist the public health team around tobacco dependency (smoking cessation).

Your role as Senior Practitioner

• Experience within UK public health ideally around smoking cessation
• Commissioning, contract and budget management
• Assess population need
• Use evidence to create, implement and evaluate strategies

About you as a Senior Practitioner

• MSc in Public Health
• Experience of commissioning tobacco dependency treatment

• Work well within a small, friendly team
• Collaborative and innovative attitude to work

• Able to be on site as required on a hybrid basis (1-2 times per month)
