Baltimore Consulting are partnering with a fantastic Local Authority in the London Homes Counties area to appoint two highly experience HR, Organisational Development and Transformation Consultants. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People Strategy and Organisational Development, you will be responsible for driving and Implementing the Internal Restructure and Leadership Programme.
 
CV submission and application deadline is Thursday 23rd December at 12pm midday with interviews taking place week commencing 27th November via MS Teams.
 
About your role as Organisational Development Consultant:
 

• You’ll drive the 2023 People Strategy alongside the ambitious delivery plan to enable a high performing, happy, motivated, and highly skilled workforce within the Borough.
• You’ll work closely with the newly appointed Assistant Director of People, Strategy and Change to deliver some of the key programmes of work.
• You’ll manage the internal restructure alongside the Assistant Director.
• Performance Management will be the initial focus, alongside Leadership Development and Career/Talent Development.
• Wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity will also be a key initiative within this post.
• You’ll manage the Leadership Programme for around 1700 staff members.
• You’ll support the Assistant Director with the upskilling and development of the internal teams and help to ensure value adding services that meet the services needs.

 
Your required experience as Organisational Development Consultant:
 

• Proven track record of Leadership within a HR, Workforce or Organisational Development Capacity.
• Local Authority experience isn’t essential but would be an advantage.
• Working on a broad range of projects depending on skill set. 
• Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. 
• Politically astute. 
• Strong influencing capabilities while always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do.
