Reporting into the Mental Health Service Manager you will be encouraged to be your own manager and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Your Mental Health Team Manager role:

• You will have more than 2 years management experience at Team Manager within a Local Authority
• Substantial Mental Health experience
• Current and warranted AMHP
• Mental Health Case Law knowledge
• Up to date knowledge and experience of the Mental Capacity and Care Act.
• Good leadership and excellent communication
• Able to work on own initiative and able to articulate yourself.
• Qualified Social Worker.

Your team as a Mental Health Team Manager:

• Direct line management responsibility of 5/6 Deputies and 40 staff under this
• Reporting into the Service Manager and HOS accordingly.
