Interim Service Manager for Adult Communities & Hospitals Team
£400 – £450 per day (Inside of IR35)
6 month contract
Full-time, flexible working arrangements with some on site presence needed
Baltimore Consulting are currently working with a long standing client in the Yorkshire in their search for an Interim Service Manager to help lead their Adult Communities and Hospital Social Care Teams. This position will be for 6 months, full-time.
As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the provision of the councils seven day service, specifically leading the hospital team who are based across a number of acute and community hospital settings, as well as lead the authorities community based social care teams. Through effective leadership you will manager the performance and quality assurance of the team, whilst also working with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvement and collaborative working with community and health settings.
