£800 per day

Reporting into the Director of People and Change you will be responsible for driving Transformation for the Local Authority. 
 
You must have experience within HR to be considered for this role.
 
About the HR Transformation role:

• Reviewing and challenging existing HR processes and systems and designing and implementing new ways of working which drive performance excellence.
• Negotiating partnership agreements and looking at SLA’s
• You will be required to understands needs of customers, respond to these and know how to measure this
• Your solid background in HR will be used to work on a broad range of projects across HR starting with Case work

 
About you as a HR Transformation Consultant:

• Proven track record of Leadership – Ideally Head of Level
• Significant HR experience
• Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally
• Politically astute
• Strong influencing capabilities while always putting the customer at the heart of all they do
• Transformation within a Local Authority on a large scale and understand the complexities that come with large scale organisations
