Human Resources Project Manager
3 Month assignment starting the week commencing 9th of August
Band 8A at £31.95 per hour (Inside IR35)

Full time (Flexible working available)
Skype / Online interviews due to take place immediately

I am partnering with a large Acute NHS Trust in the North West, who are currently looking for a Project Manager for an immediate start. They are in a period of transition within the HR & OD team currently with a new structure being designed. This post will report to Deputy Director of Workforce and Resourcing.

Your duties as Project Manager:

  • Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division.
  • You will be mapping their processes and procedures, making improvements to them, checking they are using the systems to their maximum benefit.
  • You will be reviewing recruitment policies and procedures, reviewing recruitment processes for entry level roles & revamping the volunteer recruitment.
  • Experience needed as the Project Manager:
  • Someone who has vast experience running multiple project work streams within Human Resources.
  • Experience working to strict timescales and strong time management.
  • Must be a self-starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners.
  • Available references for most recent 2 year’s roles.
