HR Business Partner

3 month interim contract to start ASAP

South West England

£240- £300 per day

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Remote/ Hybrid working

Reporting into the Deputy Director of People and OD, you will be responsible for a team of Band 6 HR Advisor’s. This will be to support the division of Diagnostics and Specialist services whilst they are out for the substantive appointment.

Your Role as HR Business Partner:

•Support the delivery of new internal changes off the back of the most recent Staff Survey results.

•Deliver against ER complex cases’ and Workforce Planning.

•Deliver a deep dive in the People Metrics to support the understanding of high turnover within certain job titles.

•Work with the Associate Director of Resourcing to develop new ways of recruiting in to hard to place positions.

Lead, manage and take strategic operational responsibility

Your previous experience as a HR Business Partner:

•Strong background as a HRBP within an NHS environment

•Experience working with “Just Culture” and driving governance processes

•Broad and deep experience working with Union partners within the NHS

•CIPD Accreditation

•Agile to work across numerous remits and ability to work at pace.
