Initial 3-month contract
Band 8C £370-£420 (umbrella)
On-site presence required dependant on needs of the service
Interviews will be taking place week commencing the 19th of September via Teams.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of OD, you will be enabling the delivery of the Trust’s strategic vision. Leading on the development, implementation and monitoring of the Trust’s OD, culture, you will also be responsible for the diversity agenda and performance across the trust. As the Head of OD, Culture and Diversity you will manage 4 direct reports and have extensive experience across OD improvement and NHS Trust.
