Baltimore Consulting Ltd are an Award Winning Public Sector Recruitment Company in the heart of Bristol. We are looking for an experienced Senior/Executive level Recruitment Consultant to set up and head up our Permanent division, focussing on a retained solution for our local authority clients
Despite the ups and downs that COVID19 has brought, we have had a record breaking past 12 months growing our revenue by over 22%. Not a single member of staff was furloughed, in fact we grew by an additional five new hires during the last lockdown. Due to this growth, we are now looking for an additional hire
You’ll have a solid background in 360 recruitment placing PERMANENT candidates
You will have at least 2-3 years solid recruitment billing experience
Business Development is one of your strong points and you enjoy it!
You’re used to having conversations with senior managers and directors – relationship building comes naturally to you!
You will have a natural logical business head that thinks strategically about your market and how you can work off other relationships in the business
If you have any experience of selling and filling RETAINED business or selling and filling permanent CAMPAIGNS this would be advantageous
Any sector is considered – the excitement about starting and learning something new will be one of your big drivers
You will know what gets you up in the morning and what drives you to achieve great results.
About the role
Your role will be to identify opportunities to pitch a retained permanent business model
You will speak to UK wide local authorities to assess their need for niche senior permanent appointments (team leader, manager, head of service, associate director, director and above)
Using our CRM, Job Boards, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter – you will source and headhunt appropriate candidates for the retained roles you have won
You will have superb day planning skills, ensuring a balance between candidate and client work.
As this role progresses and develops, you will have the opportunity to head up and grow out a permanent team of consultants to mirror our already very established contract team
