A key business role has arisen here at Baltimore Consulting for a Head of Business Support and EA to the CEO, playing an integral role to the support function of the senior leadership team.
Offering hybrid working 3 days office based at our Bristol HQ, 2 days WFH. A 4 day week may also be considered for this role.

Your role as the Head of Business Support and EA to the CEO:

  • Provide high quality, confidential executive assistance to the CEO
  • Diary management, attend and arrange meetings, travel co-ordination, manage and schedule appointments
  • Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently – office management is key to a well-maintained environment for all employees
  • Working closely with the SLT and NED, you will organise and co-ordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual board meeting, responsible for note taking, summarising, and sending actions
  • Event organisation (work trips, conference, and annual company celebrations)
  • A Focus on ‘People services’ – supporting the Director of People with HR systems administration and onboarding
  • An initiative-taking approach to identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems
  • You will ensure all company standards communicated to the wider business and documented

Your experience required for the role of as the Head of Business Support and EA to the CEO:

  • It is essential for this role that you can build a relationship of trust and confidentiality with the CEO and SLT
  • Your personal values will align with our business values of Trust, Honesty, Family and Respect
  • You will have experience of running multiple business critical projects
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Any generalist HR experience would be very advantageous but not essential (issuing new starter contracts, co-ordinating new starter on boarding, logging absence, managing holiday, leavers, grievance)
  • Your communication in this role will be paramount on every level, reporting weekly to the CEO you should be able to summarise diary movements clearly and concisely updating on any business updates
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, working across business functions
