6 month interim contract to start Immediately

North West England

Band 8D- £400-£500 per day (Rate negotiable based on experience)

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Remote/ Hybrid working

Reporting into the Deputy Chief People Officer and the site Chief Officer you will be responsible for supporting as senior Director whilst they are recruiting to the incumbent post. This post will be leading the directorate, whilst supporting the delivery of high level strategic programmes of work across the site.

Your Role as Director of Human Resources:

•Deep dive into current process and policies for the organisations Employee Relations structure to support the reduction of case loads.
•Deliver against the organisations unwarranted pay variations across all divisions.
•Support HRBPs with resetting their day to day priorities and lead from the front.
•Performance management, coaching and mentoring.
•Deputise for the site’s Chief Officer when necessary.

Your previous experience as Director of Human Resources:

•CIPD accredited.
•You will be a supportive and engaging leader who will give hands on support to the team.
•Broad and deep experience of delivering efficiency and business change within HR.
•NHS experience not necessary but experience in working in a large complex environment needed.
