Salary £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (DOE) + commission
Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days WFH – 30 days holiday + 5 additional days + Bank holidays

So, what will you be doing in your Delivery role?
 
As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting high-calibre candidates for our recruitment process. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to meet defined deadlines and deliver exceptional candidates to our clients. Your efforts will help build strong candidate relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.  It’s your role to make sure we focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
 
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:

• Identify and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates for suitability and alignment with client requirements to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Adhere to defined SLA agreements and meet expected deadlines.

 
Contractor Care:

• Provide consistent support to contractors from onboarding to the end of their assignments.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to address concerns, provide guidance, and ensure a positive working experience.
• Manage contractor extensions, renewals, and transition processes smoothly

 
Onboarding & Placement:

• Ensure smooth onboarding for successful candidates, managing the transition from offer acceptance to start date.
• Act as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns.
