CQC Specialist – Adult Social Care
Interim role in the South Coast – 4-5 days / week   
£600-650 /day
6 month initial interim role
Start date: 28th November

The Adult Social Care Services are expecting a CQC inspection sometime after April 2023 and the Local Authority needs a specialist who can ensure they are prepared.
Key Responsibilities as CQC Specialist:

  • Adult Social Care Interim who knows the Inspection process and can aid readiness.
  • Work to further establish a culture of audit, learning and improvement in Adult Social Care.
  • Provide oversight, test and challenge to the current assurance programme and take a lead role in preparation for CQC assurance.
  • Providing a dedicated strategic lead for this work the individual will also need to lead on improvement work; helping to identify areas for improvement with sound evidence and then leading on those improvements across the business.

Essential experience as CQC Specialist:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Adult Social Care sector
  • Worked at Assistant Director level or equivalent seniority within a Local Authority
  • Very experienced in handling and interpreting data & quality assurance
  • Have a record of identifying & delivering service improvements through evidence based decision making
