£23,500 – £25,000 Per annum
3 days office based, 2 days WFH Full Time
The role of Contracts and Compliance Administrator 

Within our Finance and Operations Team, we are looking to hire a contracts and compliance administrator.  This is a critical and busy role within our non-sales team
Primarily your role will involve;

  • You will be responsible for contractor payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Contract generation
  • Contractor compliance, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before start date.
  • You will be working with stakeholders both internally and externally

Key skills & attributes required Include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous (recruitment consultancy setting, compliance, and administration skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise is essential)
  • Emotional Intelligence and empathetic approach to deal with diverse/sensitive staff, supplier, and customer situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for providing world class customer service.
  • Strong numerical skills with previous experience of using MS Excel
