About the Role The Senior Registered Manager will act as the driving force behind the home’s culture, performance and practice. They will take the lead in shaping service delivery, developing teams and ensuring every child experiences exceptional care. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings robust leadership, and can translate vision into daily reality. The organisation is looking for a strategic thinker who can inspire others, sustain high standards and create an environment where children can flourish.

The Organisation Is Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has significant experience in residential childcare, including at least 5 years in the sector
  • Has substantial leadership experience, including managing and developing staff teams
  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Has a track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings
  • Brings professional confidence, emotional maturity and a deeply child‑centred mindset
