About the Building Control Surveyor role:

• Conduct site inspections, examine plans, and manage a varied caseload of Building Regulations submissions
• Provide guidance to applicants, architects, builders, and stakeholders on design, compliance, and project fees.
• Promote Building Control services to clients and partners, contributing to increased market share and service income.
• Work across a range of complex and varied construction projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, and maintaining the highest professional standards

Your previous experience as a Building Control Surveyor:

• Minimum Class 2A BSR Registration.
• BSR registration Minimum Class 2F
• Full corporate membership status with a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
• Completed a Building Engineering, Building Surveying or other (relevant) construction related degree.
• Extensive experience of Building Control within a Local Authority.
