Job Title: Application Support Analyst – Mosaic Migration
Location: North London Local Authority (hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 days remote)
Contract: Initial 3-month interim (potential for 6 months)
Day Rate:  : £400 per day (Outside IR35)

Are you an experienced Analyst with expertise in Mosaic social care systems? Do you have a passion for improving digital solutions within local authority settings? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the system workflow review, identifying pain points and enhancing efficiency.
• Support the council’s IT service lead in designing and implementing streamlined workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and operation.

About You:

• Expert knowledge of Mosaic systems within a local authority social care setting.
• Strong experience in reporting and system mapping.
• Understanding of operational services and their interaction with IT.
