Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid working – 2 days per week on site

Baltimore Consulting are exclusively partnered with a North London SEND team who are looking to bring in an Annual Review Officer to support with a dedicated project focused solely on clearing a backlog of Annual Reviews. This is not a case management role, but instead purely focussing on processing and clearing backlog of Annual Reviews.

Your Role an Annual Review Officer:

  • Process and manage a backlog of Annual Reviews
  • Liaise with internal teams and SEND Officers to gather required documentation
  • Ensure accurate records and updates within the SEND system
  • Maintain compliance with statutory timelines and preparation for audit
  • Attend the office ideally 1–2 days per week to support collaborative working

 
Your Experience as an Annual Review Officer:

  • Previous experience in a SEND Annual Review or EHCP-focused role
  • Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
  • Local authority experience preferred
  • Capable of working independently to reduce review backlogs
  • Available to start ASAP (September)
  • A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential. Alternatively, candidates must be willing to undergo a new DBS check prior to starting.
  • Employment references covering the last 3 years must be available and provided upon request.
