Charmaine Vincent named as Business Woman of the Year finalist

She’s only gone and done it again! Our CEO, Charmaine Vincent, has been shortlisted for Business Woman of the Year, at this year’s National Business Women’s Awards, following being named as a finalist in the same category at the SME National Business Awards.

Charmaine Vincent, of Baltimore Consulting, is an award-winning business woman and entrepreneur that has fought her way to the very top, despite adversity through gender inequality.

A truly inspiring business leader, Charmaine founded Baltimore Consulting 10 years ago and she has built a hugely successful business with a great reputation for fulfilling Local Authorities’ hiring requirements and becoming an expert in supporting vulnerable subject areas such as Mental Health, SEN & Safeguarding Adults and Children. Charmaine has high emotional intelligence and believes that her love of the job and supporting others is a contributing factor to the unprecedented growth Baltimore have enjoyed since founding.

Charmaine has empowered others that “anything is possible if you want it enough and hard work gets you everywhere”. Her 8-year-old daughter Florence is her inspiration and she’s delighted that she’s paved the way as a female leader within what is a highly male dominated industry.

Charmaine Vincent, was also on the National Business Women’s Awards judging panel.

The National Business Women’s Awards are made up of 21 categories that allow any successful business in the UK to enter. All entries are judged by up to 4 judges from their national panel.

Winner’s will be announced at the Hilton in Wembley on 15th November 2023.
