CEO, Charmaine Vincent, shortlisted for Business Person of the Year at the SME National Business Awards

We’re delighted to announce that our CEO, Charmaine Vincent, has been shortlisted for Business Person of the Year, at this year’s SME National Business Awards.

Charmaine Vincent, of Baltimore Consulting, is an award-winning entrepreneur that has fought her way to the very top, despite adversity through gender inequality.

A truly inspiring business leader, Charmaine founded Baltimore Consulting 9 years ago and she has built a hugely successful business, delivering industry leading growth during this time and a projected £18million turnover in 2022. Now in our 9th year, and despite the effects of the global pandemic, we are going from strength to strength and our results are speaking for themselves.

Charmaine is extremely passionate about maintaining a positive mindset and this certainly spreads throughout the entire business. Far too often we are led by fear and become our own Achilles heel. It’s easy to say that we don’t have time, but the reality is, if we turn our “should”, into a “must” and commit to doing something positive, limitations and barriers are removed, and anything is possible.

Our award-winning owner and CEO has been announced on the judging panel and will be presenting an award at this year’s final on Friday 2nd December at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

At Baltimore Consulting, our mantra is “empowered to be authentic and achieve great things,” and this is something that shines through our business.

Our story is truly unique, and we are proud of that. It’s part of our DNA.
