Baltimore Consulting are delighted to announce that Natasha Clarke has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and will be permanently joining the Board of Directors.
Natasha brings more than 25 years’ worth of experience to Baltimore Consulting, starting her career in recruitment at SThree with Specialists Progressive in 1994. She was the founding Managing Director of Pathway (now part of Real Staffing Group) and headed up SThree’s first office in the Middle East in 2008. Natasha progressed her career with Sthree to became Chief People Officer responsible for cultural change and the development of the business’s strategic agenda and capability.
Between 2008 and 2011, She sat on the board of APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies), and in 2011 she established the ‘Identity programme’ for SThree, a programme designed to support the development and progression of women within the organisation.
Having been recognised by The Times in their Top 50 Employers for Women, personally being named Opportunity Now’s Diversity Champion, Natasha brings a wealth of experience and is well being positioned to support Charmaine Vincent on the strategic direction of Baltimore Consulting, furthermore, provides a best practice voice from an industry perspective.
Baltimore Consulting’s Board of Directors is made up of voices from across the business. In 2020, at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, CEO, Charmaine Vincent, employed Natasha Clarke as a Board Advisor for the business on a consultancy basis. This decision was made to ensure that the business continued to move in a positive direction, with the right skills and resources to support growth. Charmaine wanted to ensure that her employees felt valued during such a turbulent period of change.
