Baltimore Consulting feature on the Recruiter Hot 100 list, again!

We’re delighted to announce that we have been featured on this year’s Recruiter Hot 100 list again, for the third year.

A Bristol-based recruitment business with a difference, Baltimore Consulting are the Senior Appointment and niche recruitment experts to the Public Sector. We’re passionate about making a difference to people’s lives within the community and are only one of six businesses that solely focus on servicing the public sector featured on the list, placing 58th out of 100 recruitment companies across the UK overall.

The Hot 100 report was compiled by Gambit Corporate Finance on behalf of Recruiter, showcasing recruitment businesses that have continued to demonstrate resilience, leading their respective sub-sectors in both navigating a turbulent hiring environment and maintaining high fee-earner efficiency.

Since our inception in 2013, we have continued to fulfil hiring requirements and support vulnerable subject areas such as, Mental Health, Homelessness, SEN & Safeguarding Adults and Children across Local Government and Education.

Two of which have been benchmarked as sectors to watch as we move in 2025, with recruitment companies diversifying into social care, and housing, property and regeneration expected to experience a resurgence in hiring activity due to significant government expenditure acting as a catalyst for growth. This is a result of the UK Government’s pledge to build 1.5 million new homes over five years to deliver the biggest boost in social and affordable housebuilding in a generation. At Baltimore Consulting, we’re working nationally to support Local Authorities meet their housing targets, providing high-impact housing management teams to deliver positive change for residents and communities.
