Women now own 36% of small businesses and the rate of growth of women in business has been 4.2% in the last 12 years. There is still a long way to go, and Charmaine is an advocate for women in business, fighting in the corner of gender equality. Not only does she run a successful Public Sector recruitment company boasting a 60:40 female to male split, but she is being recognised for her successes, winning accolades above her male counterparts and making waves in the industry.=
