We’re delighted to share the news that Baltimore Consulting have been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year award, at this year’s National Business Women’s Awards.
Baltimore Consulting are a big-hearted recruitment business, headed up by Charmaine Vincent, an award-winning business woman and entrepreneur that has fought her way to the very top, despite adversity through gender inequality.
A truly inspiring business leader, Charmaine founded Baltimore Consulting 11 years ago and she has built a hugely successful business with a great reputation for fulfilling Local Authorities’ hiring requirements and becoming an expert in supporting vulnerable subject areas such as Mental Health, SEN & Safeguarding Adults and Children.
Far too often we are led by fear and become our own Achilles heel. Charmaine isn’t afraid of showing vulnerability, she shows up authentically and has proved you can create a reputable, profitable business, without cutting corners and leading with your heart.
She is proof that hard work and a strong will to succeed can get you there, even if you don’t take the most conventional route, and runs a business that empowers everyone to be the best version of themselves and doesn’t believe your personal circumstances should create barriers.
The National Business Women’s Awards are made up of 22 categories that allow any successful business in the UK to enter. All entries are judged by up to 4 judges from their national panel.
These awards are a credible opportunity to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising business women nationally and Charmaine was delighted to be asked to join the judging panel once more, for the third year running.
Winners will be announced at the Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge on Friday 25th October.
