Baltimore Consulting are delighted to have been announced as a finalist for Business of the Year (11-50 employees) at this year’s Business Leader Awards!

Nearly 250 businesses entered this year’s awards, and the winners will be crowned on Thursday September 23rd in a spectacular in-person black-tie gala evening at Ashton Gate in Bristol, hosted by renowned comedian and television personality Tom Allen.

The Business of the Year (11-50 employees) category recognises strong leadership, USP’s and a clear focus on customer service and experience, as well as sustained year-on-year growth, profitability, and future forecasts.

The unprecedented global pandemic has had a colossal impact on businesses alike and has sadly seen many fall by the wayside, through no fault of their own.

Here at Baltimore Consulting, we are fortunate enough to have a plan that is designed for adversity due to the nature of our business, and have ensured that it remained business as usual amidst the uncertainty of the last year – maintaining our empathetic approach to our networks and making sure processes run like a well-oiled machine. We’ve continued to create a genuine unity and family feel to how the teamwork and give back despite a global pandemic, and we are delighted that our efforts have been recognised within the wider business arena.
