Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)

Interim Project Manager – SEND Reform, you will play a pivotal role in delivering ambitious reform projects, implementing innovative ways of working, and supporting system-wide improvements across the 0-25 SEND landscape. 
Working alongside senior leaders, education settings, NHS partners, parent carers, and young people, the Interim Project Manager – SEND Reform will lead key workstreams within a major improvement programme. If you thrive in complex stakeholder environments and have a strong track record of delivering SEND improvement projects, this could be the ideal next challenge for you.  

Your Role as Interim Project Manager – SEND Reform:

• Lead the mobilisation and delivery of SEND Reform projects across multiple partners
• Drive implementation of the Experts at Hand locality delivery model
• Manage programme plans, risks, milestones, governance, and performance reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education, health, and SEND stakeholders
• Support recruitment, procurement, commissioning, and contract management activity

Your Previous Experience as an Interim Project Manager – SEND Reform:

• Proven project management background with relevant qualifications and delivery expertise
• Demonstrable experience delivering SEND improvement and transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across education, health, and local authority settings
• Experience managing procurement, commissioning, recruitment, and contract processes
• Ability to work effectively within complex partnership environments and governance structures
