Are you ready to lead a major SEND transformation programme? As the Experts at Hand Lead (SEND Reform), reporting to the Head of SEND, you will drive the mobilisation and delivery of an innovative multi-disciplinary model designed to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

This is an exciting new opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up and leave a lasting impact across education and health partnerships.

Your Role as Experts at Hand Lead (SEND Reform):

  • Lead the implementation of the Experts at Hand model
  • Develop a multi-disciplinary approach including EP, SaLT, OT and specialist teachers
  • Drive partnership working across education, health and SEND services
  • Establish governance, performance and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor impact and use data to support continuous improvement

Your Previous Experience as an Experts at Hand Lead (SEND Reform):

  • Significant experience within SEND, education, health or local authority services
  • Proven track record of delivering service improvement and change programmes
  • Strong partnership, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience translating strategy into high-quality operational delivery
  • Ability to drive performance and sustainable service development
