£300 per day
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid Working (1-2 days per week on-site)

Are you an experienced MOSAIC Data Cleanser with a strong understanding of Children’s Social Care and Early Help Services? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy local authority environment where your expertise will play a key role in improving data quality, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring accurate case management records across services.
As a MOSAIC Data Cleanser, you will work closely with Social Work teams to identify, investigate and resolve data issues, helping improve compliance, reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness. This is a fast-paced assignment with an immediate start, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced MOSAIC Data Cleanser looking to make an immediate impact.
Your Role as a MOSAIC Data Cleanser:
• Correct and resolve complex MOSAIC data errors and data quality issues
• Support Social Work colleagues with draft forms, incomplete workflows and pathway closures
• Work directly with operational teams to cleanse and validate data records
• Identify common system issues and recommend training improvements for users
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to improve system compliance and accuracy
Your Previous Experience as a MOSAIC Data Cleanser:
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Social Care and Early Help Services
• Previous experience using MOSAIC or another Children’s Management Information System
• Proven ability to identify and correct data quality issues within social care systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and advise operational teams
• Self-motivated and able to use initiative to manage workload effectively
