This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established two-bed Children’s Learning Disabilities home with a strong, experienced staff team and a positive culture.
You’ll provide stable leadership, maintain high standards of care and compliance, and support an experienced Deputy Manager to ensure exceptional outcomes for children with disabilities.
As Interim Registered Home Manager – Learning Disabilities, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home, embedding high-quality, child-centred practice and ensuring the service continues to meet all regulatory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to make an immediate impact within a stable and well-run service.
