Are you an experienced Registered Manager who thrives in challenging environments and can provide strong leadership to a developing team? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Registered Manager to take the reins of a specialist 1-bed children’s home supporting young people with complex needs. You will play a pivotal role in providing stability, driving standards, and leading a dedicated team through a crucial period of growth and development.

This role requires a confident Registered Manager who can quickly establish credibility, navigate complex care requirements, and ensure the home delivers outstanding outcomes for children and young people. With a focus on high-quality care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, you will be instrumental in shaping the service and supporting staff to achieve excellence.

Your Role as Registered Manager:

• Provide strong leadership and direction for a specialist 1-bed children’s home
• Lead and develop a team supporting children with complex needs and behaviours
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and service delivery standards
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation including Deprivation of Liberty considerations
• Drive continuous improvement and create a positive culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes

Your Previous Experience as a Registered Manager:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential services
• Strong understanding of supporting children with complex needs and challenging behaviours
• Experience managing homes operating within robust safeguarding frameworks
• Knowledge of Deprivation of Liberty Orders and associated statutory responsibilities
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide teams through periods of change and development
