As a Housing Support Business Lead, you will be reporting directly into senior technology leadership, acting as the key link between housing services, digital teams and external suppliers-ensuring systems remain stable, compliant and continuously improving.

This Housing Support Business Lead position puts you at the centre of operational delivery and transformation, giving you the opportunity to influence decision-making, enhance system performance and play a pivotal role in housing service delivery.

Your role as Housing Support Business Lead:

• Lead incident, problem and change management across housing applications
• Drive system performance, stability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance across all platforms
• Act as the key stakeholder liaison between business, tech and suppliers
• Support system upgrades, transformation programmes and service improvements

Your experience as Housing Support Business Lead:

• Strong background in ICT, Digital or Technology Operations
• Hands-on experience with NEC Housing systems or similar platforms
• Proven success with supplier and vendor management
• Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (incident, change, release management)
• Experience delivering business change and service improvement in complex environments
