Are you ready to take ownership as a Voids Service Manager, driving performance across a high-profile housing service? Reporting into the Head of Housing Repairs and Maintenance, you will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team and take accountability for delivering a high-performing voids service that directly impacts residents’ homes and wellbeing. As a Voids Service Manager, you will be instrumental in improving turnaround times, driving value for money, and embedding a culture of customer excellence across your service.
